When I watched Little Miss Sunshine for the first time I felt strongly connected to the movie and all of its characters, specially Dwayne, an introvert and cynical 15-year-old who claims to hate everyone. He takes a vow of silence until he achieves his dream of becoming a test pilot for the Air Force, so he communicates with his family writing on a notepad.
